IPTVHARMONY’S SERVICE SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITION

These are our Service Specific Terms & Conditions for IPTV Service and together with any other terms and
conditions that you, and we have agreed or accepted from time to time, they form the Agreement between you
and IPTVHARMONY.

BY ACCESSING AND USING THE SITE, YOU (“User”) AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN (the “Agreement”). If User is accessing and using this site on behalf of any group or entity, User warrants that it has all necessary authority to enter into this Agreement. If at any time User does not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then User must cease using the Site immediately.

1. How you may be Eligible for the Service:

1.1 In order to subscribe to the Service, you must:
1.1.1 be at least 18 years, if above; and
1.1.2 not have, at the time of application of the Service, any outstanding accounts with us that are due and owing to us.
1.2 Unless otherwise permitted by us in writing, the Service is only available:
1.2.1 to customers for personal use only.
1.2.2 to Resellers.
1.3 Subject to paragraph
1.4 Below, the Service shall be delivered via fiber broadband network,
or a network with a speed of at least 20 MBPS
1.5 You acknowledge and agree that availability of the Service is subject to:
1.6.1 availability of resources, including availability of a suitable network infrastructure at the time at
which the Service is requested or delivered; and
1.6.2 geographical coverage and technical capacity of our Network and of our delivery systems at
the time at which the Service is requested or delivered.
1.6.3 equipment compatibility.
1.7.1 Where the Service is delivered via IPTV:
1.7.2 You must procure, install and maintain all equipments, which are necessary or desirable for
the reception of the IPTV Services;
1.8 You must, at all times, provide us with such information as may be necessary or desirable for us
to provide you with the Service and necessary Support.
1.9 We may choose not to accept your application at our discretion.

2. Minimum Period of Service:

2.1 The initial Minimum Period of Service for our post-paid Service is 3 continuous months or such other
period as may be agreed by us; from the commencement date as
determined in accordance with paragraph 3.1 below. Upon expiry of the initial Minimum Period of
Service, the costumer should contact us for a renewal; the Service will not be renewed automatically.

2. Reseller:

2.1 The Minimum quantity of access codes of the IPTV Service are 10 access codes.

2.2 Resellers are eligible to access our costumer Services for Reseller, where they have access to the Knowledge base and are allowed to use our Material to help their costumers.

3. Duration of Service:

3.1 The Service under this Agreement will commence on:
3.1.1 the date of successful on-site payment of the subscription.
3.2 If you cancel your application for the Service before the commencement of the Service, you
shall pay us our prevailing cancellation charges.
3.3 This Agreement will continue until terminated according to the provisions of this Agreement.

4. Changing Server :

If you decide to upgrade to another price place after a successful payment, please do contact us before 7 days, we can make price arrangements for you.

Please note : After 7 days, you are not eligible to upgrade to another price.

5. System Requirements and Using the Service:

4.1 You are responsible for ensuring your equipment and systems connected to the Network meet the
minimum system requirements of the Service as we may determine from time to time, and that they
are compatible and may properly function and interoperate with the Provided Server, the Service and the
Network. We will not be liable for any Equipment or Network failure or performance issues resulting   from non-compliance with such requirements. You acknowledge and accept that certain
applications, equipment and systems are not supported by the Service.
4.2 We may, at any time and without any notice to you, temporarily suspend the Service for operational
reasons such as repair, maintenance, upgrade or improvement of the Service or because of an
emergency. We will restore the Service as soon as reasonably practicable. We may also modify the
Service in order to keep pace with the prevailing demands and technological developments, at our
discretion and without any notice to you.
4.3 The use of the Service is subject to any instructions, notices and directions as we may determine from
time to time.

5. changes to the Terms and Conditions:

5.1 We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, adjust these Terms and Conditions of Use, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to the Client. Any such alteration will be effective instantly upon open posting. Your preceded use of our Service and this site following any such alteration constitutes your acknowledgment of these adjusted Terms.

6. Adult Content :

6.1 Our IPTV streaming service is a family-friendly platform and does not offer any adult content channels or programming.

7. Request adding Channels, Movies, and Series :

7.1 Users may request the addition of specific channels, movies, or series, and we will submit a ticket to our technical team. These requests will be taken into consideration and added to the platform based on the number of similar requests received from other users.

Thanks for subscribing to our IPTV services at IPTVHARMONY.

Customer Related :

We offer money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back, no questions asked. You are eligible for reimbursement of the non-consumed days within 30 calendar days of your purchase. See details below*.

After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund unless you really can’t use our Service due to some technical issue or hindering to access the Service.

VPN Requirement for IPTV Service in Italy and Portugal:

For customers located in Italy and Portugal, please note that our IPTV service requires the use of a VPN to access. Due to the technical requirements of the service, we regret to inform you that if you do not use a VPN and encounter issues with our service, we cannot offer refunds. We strongly recommend that you use a VPN when accessing our service to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience.

3 Months Subscription Refund :

Refund Request between :

0 to 7 Days :   Refund is made after processing fee (3 Euros) is deducted from the paid price.
7   to 30 days : Refund is made after processing fee and 33% of the paid price are deducted from the paid price.
30 to 90 Days : you are no longer eligible to get refund.

6 Months Subscription Refund :

Refund Request between :

0 to 7 Days :   Refund is made after processing fee (3 Euros) is deducted from the paid price
7   to 30 days : Refund is made after processing fee and 16 % of the paid price are deducted from the paid price.
30 to 60 Days : Refund is made after processing fee and 33% of the paid price are deducted from the paid price.
60 to 90 Days : Refund is made after processing fee and 50% of the paid price are deducted from the paid price.
After 90 Days : you are no longer eligible to get a refund.

12 Months Subscription Refund :

Refund Request between :

0 to 7 Days :   Refund is made after processing fee (3 Euros) is deducted from the paid price
7   to 30 days : Refund is made after processing fee and 8% of the paid price are deducted from the paid price.
30 to 90 Days : Refund is made after processing fee and 16% of the paid price are deducted from the paid price.
60 to 90 Days : Refund is made after processing fee and 25% of the paid price are deducted from the paid price
after 90 Days :  you are no longer eligible to get a refund.

P.S: even if you fall outside the refund rules we’ve described, you can ask for a refund anyway and we’ll take a look.
We encourage our customers to get a Trial first to ensure the Service fits your needs.

Refund Method:

We offer refunds in USDT or TransferWise. To request a refund, please email us at support@iptvharmony.com. Please include the duration of your subscription, and the reason for the refund request in your email.

Reseller Related :

1. Resellers are not eligible for Refund once the Reseller Account is generated.

2. Resellers Account are Generated Automatically after a successful payment.

If you have any additional questions or would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us at anytime.

You will be issued a refund of your purchase within a 24h of approval. You will receive the refund through the original payment method you used to make the purchase.

Note: Refund usually takes 5 to 10 working days to take place.

We will not be able to make any refunds (or make a partial refund) if:

Only some channels are freezing or not working. Though almost all of our Servers are stable, sometimes channels do freeze or doesn’t work due to various reasons, and that’s IPTV.

However, most of the time, these issues are temporary and are solved by the technical team by WhatsApp.
